OUR PEOPLE

At ARM, our employees are the spirit of the company. We love the outdoors, and it shows! We normally have positions open each Summer at the Russian River Ferry, in our U. S. Forest Service campgrounds, Alaska State Park campgrounds, and for other staff supporting all our recreation areas running from May through September of each year. Some positions include opportunities for internships for college students studying outdoor-related fields.

Becoming a Ferry Captain at the Russian River Ferry requires mature decision making and the ability to work well with people. As a Ferry Captain, you will be one of our company’s most visible representatives and responsible for the safety of both your passengers and your deck hand.
